Using freedom of information requests, Carly has established that spiking incidents have been on the rise even before reports of victims being spiked by needles began emerging in October this year.

Carly spoke to Helena Conibear, Chief Executive Officer at the Alcohol Education Trust about this issue and how they are working with victims, the police and business owners to raise awareness of this crime and help address it.
