Made By Dyslexia founder Kate Griggs is calling for all teachers to be trained in dyslexic thinking.

She believes dyslexia is a superpower, stemming from an innate source of creativity and big picture thinking - and that our future workforces need these strengths far more than the rote learning that takes place in schools.

In this episode Kate shares how to spot the signs that your child might be dyslexic and what we can do as parents to help nurture their brilliance if they are.
