In this chapter Janab Muhaddis Noori (ar) brings 71 traditional proofs(31 from the Ahle Sunnat sources and 40 from the Shia sources) proving that Hazrat Hujjat (atfs) who is the son of Imam Hasan Askari (as) is the Promised Mahdi(atfs).

We have already presented 2 proofs from the Ahle Sunnat sources previously. Today we present a proof from the shia sources.

The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) said to Ameerul Momineen (a.s.):

_O Ali, very soon the Quraish will express what they have concealed. They will unite to oppress and dominate you. Thus, if you get helpers, you must struggle against them and if you don’t get supporters, restrain your hands and preserve your life. Thus, indeed being martyred is destined for you and know that my son will take revenge from them ...._

Janab Salman Farsi (ra) said:

_O Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.), who will do this?_

He (s.a.w.a.) replied:

_The ninth from the descendants of my son, Husain. He would appear after a prolonged occultation. Then he will announce the command of God and make apparent the religion of God and take revenge from the enemies of God and fill up the earth with justice and equity as it would be fraught with injustice and oppression._

Janabe Salman (r.a.) further asked:

_When will he appear, O Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.)?_

He (s.a.w.a.) replied:

_No one is aware of this, except the Almighty Allah._

He then even mentioned some signs of reappearance.

May ALLAH include us among those fortunate believers and lovers of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s.)
