In this episode, sports scientist Marc Cleary chats to Coach Mark Rowland - a former Olympic and European medalist. ‘Coach Ro’ represented Great Britain in the Seoul 1988 games, where he won a bronze medal in the 3000m steeplechase. He began his coaching career with UK Athletics, before moving to the US where he is currently in his 13th year as the Head Coach of Oregon Track Club Elite. Coach Ro and Marc discuss the secrets of training, performance and motivation and OTC’s work with Orreco.
