(Do not run your 10K PB Pace - run a pace which you feel you could run a 10K race/time trial in today / the day you do the workout)

After the usual training run down, last week's workout and setting next week's workout we have an interview with special guest and friend of the podcast Jonny Palmer.

Jonny had a very impressive debut marathon in 2016 where he finished London Marathon with a 2:44! We talk about his ups and downs in training since then, his experimenting and successes with cross country and ultra marathon running and the training he did leading to his marathon PB at LDN 2019... 2:37!!
