Welcome to the very first episode of No Really, I'm Fine.
We're a brand new mental health podcast brought to you by three British journalists who talk to inspiring individuals up and down the country about a variety of topics on mental health and wellbeing.
For our very first episode, launching on day one of Mental Health Awareness Week, we've teamed up with the Mental Health Foundation to talk about everything body image - this year's theme.
Hosts Gemma Sherlock, Kate Lally and Michael Pearson speak to researcher Victoria Zamperoni and author Michelle Thomas on the results of a shocking new survey by organisation on how we think and feel about our bodies.
There's also a very touching spoken word montage from voices of various people speaking out on their body image issues to show everyone you're not alone.
