Many people are 'resistant' to resistance training, and for good reasons. Firstly, it's uncomfortable. Secondly, there's a learning curve. Thirdly, it's uncomfortable.

Do you really need it? Yes. David makes the argument that to be as healthy as possible, you have to be strong. There's no better way to get strong than to resistance train.
