Adam grew up in Southern California and attended PLNU, Fermanian School of Business. Upon graduation, he obtained his real estate license and began a career in commercial real estate. Story after story he learned about investors who started small and created generational wealth through the implementation of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange strategy. Upon return to San Diego, he joined Exchange Resources with the intent to help both individual and institutional investors grow their wealth and diversify their portfolios.
