Lon Ricker – Is a Warrior on many levels! As CVO of Ricker Dynamics he has been a driving force behind the growth of numerous nonprofit and for profit organizations throughout his 34 year career. After graduating college with a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology in Michigan he worked with 5 different Telecom companies in various technical leadership and consulting which led him to Texas where he discovered his true passion to serve and empower companies and organizations seeking to make a difference in their community and the world while volunteering at Soupmobile, Inc. in Dallas. He quickly became immersed in the growth and development becoming Director of Development for over 5 years. He then became Development Director at Frisco Family Services, Chief Development Officer at American Fallen Soldiers Project, and finally as CVO of Ricker Dynamics has been the Chief Dream Builder of Team Up to Fight Hunger. Lon is a passionate Networker and one of the most generous and servant leaders I know!
