With less than 2% of venture capital going to women-founded startups, and even less to women of color, Sharma's personal mission is to uplift and represent those who need it most. As an advocate, writer, and public speaker, Sharma is committed to standing up for what she believes in. She is the role model she wished she'd had when she was younger.
