We’ve all been on the receiving end of criticism before… a mean Instagram comment, a harsh judgment, maybe an unsolicited opinion. Constructive feedback, when someone has your best interest in mind, can be helpful. But destructive criticism just plain ol’ sucks. Am I right? And what’s worse is: the fear of destructive criticism often holds us back from being our authentic selves and pursuing our biggest goals. This really has to stop.
