Having been born in Brazil, one of seven children, Raquel came to Texas with her family at the young age of two. She remembers hearing her dad say, "whatever you do, do it well," and it's no surprise Raquel describes herself as driven. Her continued work ethic and ability to accept opportunity when it knocks led her to meet the CEO of Fogo de Chao, which became the jump start to take her business to the next level.
