If only there was a way to create more resiliency in our body and our cells... Wait... We're talking about hormesis! And that's just a fancy word for creating a little bit of stress, so our body can learn how to be stronger because of it. Sound func'ing crazy? Yeah, we're not talking about sleep deprivation (that's the bad kind of stress). But think about a really cold shower, or a very intense workout session, and even (to some degree) intermittent fasting. We are meant to be pushed to a certain degree because, in the long term, this will make us stronger. So, let's get uncomfortable!
