If you're like us, you've probably set New Years Resolutions in the past, and chances are they didn't work out like you planned. There are lots of reasons these resolutions fail, and after listening to today's episode you'll have a better understanding of what they are.

0:15 - You don’t have to come up with a resolution if you don’t want to
1:45 - The new year is a great time to reflect on the previous year
2:45 - Identify obstacles keeping you from achieving your goals
3:30 - Having a daily ritual will help you tackle larger goals
4:30 - Trying to change too many things isn’t going to work. Don’t overcommit
6:45 - It takes time to create new habits, and even longer to break old ones
7:45 - Accomplishing small, daily tasks gets momentum in your favor
9:45 - Fail forward
14:15 - Your goals should make you uncomfortable, but be reasonably attainable
15:00 - Don’t rely on external motivation; it won’t always be there
