On this episode of the podcast, Meghan shares her journey with depression, anxiety, OCD, and sexual abuse and how she was able to heal her mental health and her trauma through her yoga and meditation practice. Meghan also shares how her love of yoga turned into a career and she shares why she's passionate about teaching yoga and meditation.
