Good interview! Informative talk about how we can adapt to the new normal and create a new culture in these difficult times. As we all know, being knowledgeable on the things around us is a great opportunity to know what we should do in order for us to survive in the pandemic around us as well as to create innovative ideas to survive our business too. For everyone to know, this experience might be harsh but through this interview and Infos presented, we can able to apply this in our current lives and be the best we can be as an employee.

Nice talk about the new culture we're gonna have during this pandemic. What we are experiencing now won't stop us from getting the win on our respective companies, along with leaders should be able to adapt to this so that we would have a great understanding and harmony in every situation. Thank you, Dr. Gleb, for leading and conducting the podcast, such a great help especially for us having a hard time processing this situation with the presence of a pandemic and what we call new normal, I was able to learn how to adapt to this event.

I like how the four concepts were discussed: inclusivity, flexibility, authority decentralization, and performance. Issues that every leader should explore because it is both realistic and timely. Chris' first-hand experience during and after the pandemic was equally fascinating.
Nice interview regarding new culture after pandemic-19. We have to think in a new way to manage our company, employee and clients. This interview revels so many insights about hybrid or remote culture which is new culture for the companies. Thank for sharing the key points.

It was lovely listening to new perspective. So much insights that you can get from the experiences shared by Chris, especially during this pandemic and the changes that they need to do to adapt to the new normal. He also shared about unconscious bias and understanding people where they are coming from. Also, Dr. Gleb was able to share his knowledge on how organization can adapt to the the new normal and different strategies.
