With the current environment, business owners must prioritize their employees' opinions and well-being. This article's content underlined the importance of combining a hybrid-first strategy with full-time remote work support, which I believe is critical to employees' output or performance. I hope that more leaders will have the opportunity to read this thought-provoking material.

Great episode. The Delta variant is really a mental blindspot that people fall victims to. Hence it is up to leaders to make effective decisions when it comes to employees returning to the office and being productive despite the COVID scenario. Thanks for sharing!

Amazing podcast! I truly agree that to create a competitive advantage in the new normal, forward-looking leaders need to let go of their preferences for in-office work. They need to adopt a hybrid-first model for most staff, and support full-time remote work for a minority. Thank you so much for giving us a scope to learn. I truly appreciate it.

The new normal that we will have to live in is definitely a challenge especially to organizational leaders to make much better decisions. Forcing employees to return back to office is a bad idea. Decision making that would benefit both employee and the organization by listening to each other's predicament would really help leaders to create competitive advantage. Great episode!
The Delta variant is a cause of concern. this is especially true in making sure that employees that are returning back to work are protected. Yes, vaccinated individuals are protected from severe symptoms but can still be carriers of the virus. Decision maling is vital for leaders to come up with the best decision in returning to the office.
Everyone should adopt the new abnormal culture but companies must be come with a proper plan. Hybrid model is perfect concept for both companies and employees where companies can reduce expenses to manage employee from office and employee can choose work from home who are so far from their house.

Even if employees are working remotely, there will still be a competitive advantage. This may be measured though their KPI's. Leaders must take into consideration that this is the new normal and employees must not be anymore assessed physically present but be assessed according to their work output.
The companies should come up with strategies that can make employees still on a competitive advantage even if working remotely. They have to adapt to the new normal and leave the past behind. This is the new future and a more suitable set-up for a hybrid-first model must be in placed. Employees are carefully assessed both physically and virtually. Appreciate your takeaways and looking forward to another episode. Cheers and all the best!
