Planning Fallacy is the most common problem of every level of business and thanks for addressing the wise solution to this most common problem. It is showing that we can't suppose to get success on the basis of the plan, we should analyze ourself first than decide step by step solution to address the problems.

Just because you have plans, doesn't mean that everything will succeed. You need to pay attention to every detail of your plans. Indeed, 'failing to plan for problems is planning to fail". This phrase is such a big help to avoid the disaster of planning fallacy. I would surely use the research-based techniques as my guide to become effective for addressing such.

I love your thoughts on saying "A much better phrase is -failing to plan for problems is planning to fail." Well, there's no better way to say it than that.
