In the third episode of Season 2 of True Crime Horror Story, your host JD Horror tells you the tragic life story of Dave Insurgent, singer of legendary punk band Reagan Youth, and the simultaneous timeline of notorious NY serial killer Joel Rifkin, who the media dubbed Joel the Ripper after he killed 17 women in the New York area including Dave's girlfriend, Tiffany Bresciani.
JD is joined by Reagan Youth guitar player and Dave's best friend Paul Bakija aka Paul Cripple, who provides never before heard information about Dave Insurgent's life and the events leading up to and after his death.
