I am fortunate that I get the opportunity to impact teens on a daily basis, and I don’t take it for granted!

The other day, a teen in one of my classes was not her usual self and it bothered me. I simply explained how happiness on a daily basis is a choice.

I didn’t say it would be an easy choice, but it’s still a choice.

Regardless of what you have going on in your life, you can decide to tackle the obstacles with a smile or a frown.
