Too many shrink away from the possibility of making a mistake or experiencing failure. They hide from having the opportunity to create success by not stepping out into the arena. These folks are afraid to take a risk in fear of failure. Fulfilling your potential involves failure and making mistakes. Then, learning from the mistakes and growing from them. Here is a fact: Learn to Fail or Fail to Learn. Mastery in any field results from making mistakes, having many failures, learning from them, and applying those learnings to obtain personal growth.
