I have been living with MS since 1996 , fatigue is one of my major symptoms and is very unpredictable but I do have most of those issues in the hotter months , I try to do as much as I can during hot month indoors on a contollled environment, like use a tread mill and not walk outside , my biggest hobby is golf , I play in the summer at first sun light in the cooler hours of the day , if I mess up and push to hard I pay the price and once that fatigue says in it takes weeks for me to get back to normal .. my best defense is not drugs but to manage my exposure to the heat, it's not full proof because I still have some fatigue issues but they are less severe and shorter duration when I manage my exposure to heat

Thank you for this podcast! I was diagnosed with MS October 2020 and the fatigue is a killer! I was able to forward this podcast to loved ones so they can understand the fatigue because I can never find the right words to say.
