Michael speaks with the CEO of Elite Painting Services Plus, Benny Montalbano, and both share their stories about being 1st Generation children of immigrants and the challenges faced.

About Benny

They say “home is where the heart is.” Benny Montalbano keeps that front of mind. Knowing his creation — Elite Painting Services Plus — can change people’s living space into something special is, in some ways, a calling.

Benny has succeeded in key roles within the maintenance field for over 20 years. That kind of experience gives him unique insights into what buildings need. He puts that knowledge to work on behalf of clients all over Long Island.

In 2000 Mr. Montalbano starting painting for coworkers “on the side.” The word spread! He “paid his dues” and the calendar started filling up quickly. The obvious choice before him was to start a painting business.

In 2011 “Elite Painting Services Plus” was launched. With decades of experience behind him growth was inevitable. Eight “lighting fast years” has yielded bundles of happy customers. They’re very vocal about Elite’s service on social media. Facebook alone contains over 90 reviews. 1,200 + Facebook fans prompts this from Benny, “I feel a sense of pride that a customer would hire Elite because of our reputation and the security that they’re getting quality service.”

Another sense of fulfillment comes from his long-time marriage to wife Maria and their two sons Sal and Luca. With the family anchoring his home life, Elite Painting Services Plus has made their mark in Long Island. Key accomplishments include.
