Listen as I speak with Booker T. Walton III, owner of Mountaineer Technology Consultants. He describes himself as a “guy that knows a little bit about technology” and his vision is to help bring the masses into the information age.
He has changed his business practice during the pandemic to not only keep his team safe but to continue servicing clients. “We did a great job.” We also discuss leadership and he truly is showing his team “the human side of leadership.”
Booker grew up with a strong sense of community and works to create jobs in the town he grew up in. And he is giving back with MTC CARES—a video series showcasing the options available for kids in the area as well as highlighting other various non-profit organizations.
