A turn of circumstances about five years ago put his professional career in jeopardy and ruined him financially. During this time, his wife told him “move forward” and that is when #Forward was created.
He was offered a recruiter position due to his expertise with a specific market and it was in this position where he found his passion—connecting others with their next step forward in their career and working to ensure their success.
