This year, many of us have been forced to deal with adversity on a daily basis, but there are ways to cope, including the important concept of Detachment. Detachment is neither kind nor unkind - it is simply a means that allows us to separate ourselves from the adverse affects external circumstances can have on our lives. It's letting go of patterns that are causing pain, and developing a new system that gives you emotional freedom.

In this episode we discuss the concept of Detachment through 3 main lenses:

1. Detaching with love
2. What detachment from toxic people and situations where you have little to no influence or control over looks like
