The Massachusetts Millionaires Tax Is Back:
The Massachusetts legislature is getting ready to vote next week on a constitutional amendment that would raise the income tax on wealthy Commonwealth residents. The proposal would amend the state’s Constitution to add a 4 percent surtax on all household income above $1 million. The current flat income tax rate in Massachusetts is 5 percent. Is this a good idea or will it drive high earners out of the Bay State?

UFOs: Maybe:
According to the New York Times and CNN, a government report on unexplained aerial phenomena (aka "UFOs") say there is no evidence that the spacecraft are extraterrestrial. But the report also does not say that they aren't. In other words, federal officials have still not reached a definitive conclusion about what these "unidentified flying objects" are. What do you believe?
