A proposal to move homeless people from the Boston area known as “Mass. and Cass” to the Quality Inn in Revere is being met with pushback. Revere Mayor Brian Arrigo is blasting his Boston counterpart, Acting Mayor Janey, over the proposal saying he has received almost no details about the plan.
