A judge ruled against halting a ban on the sale of vaping products put in place by Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker after an outbreak of e-cigarette-related lung injuries. But the court also held the state must redo the ban and open the issue to public comment this time since the governor had most likely overreached his authority in issuing the order but that stopping the ban outright “would contravene the public interest.”
