Democratic presidential contenders are bandying about the word recession after a trade war starts with China while the Dow Jones Industrial Average bounced back after its worst plunge of the year last week. New York Sen. Kristen Gillibrand claims she's concerned about a recession because the renegotiated NAFTA deal is "a disaster" and Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg says there is no strategy for dealing with the trade war in a way that will actually lead to results for American consumers.
