Today is 1 month since I lost my father. As I woke up and started scrolling social media, I began to see so much loss and at a time of year where everyone is suppose to be happy and full of cheer. Well, studies show that holiday season is the most depressing time of year for more than 78% of people and the number of suicides is almost triple! Why?!?
