My guest is Jason Watkins who many of you will remember from his crucially acclaimed roles in The Crown and Hold the Sunset with the legendary comedy icon John Cleese returns for series 2 of McDonald and Dodds. He talks with me about some new twists in series 2 of the show and how in many ways he brought a little bit of the United States television detective Colombo played by Peter Faulk to DS Dodds.



Series 2 of the hit mystery McDonald and Dodds dropped this week on Britbox and it is clear why the show was a big hit for ITV and now we get to watch another series of this fun mystery series.
