The murder rate is steadily increasing in the most heavily occupied places by African Americans Latinos and & other people of color. The young men of the society show no signs of slowing down and what does this mean for the future of African Americans. There are more African Americans put into political positions now more than ever and nothings changed and the reason is because there is black face as the mascot but behind closed doors there are white counterparts running it and the token blacks will use African American plight for their rise to political power.
