13 AUG 2018 · My Time Management and Work Schedule have changed. I no longer work the standard "9-5" schedule or conform to "normal working hours." I have found this change to a fluid schedule where I work when my mind and body are prepared has made me more effective, efficient, and creative. Give this approach a try. I want to hear from you.
