  • GOAL 2: ZERO HUNGER

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 2 to end hunger, achieve food security and prove nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture. First, our French correspondents will have an interview with a volunteer of the charity "Restos du Coeur" in Paris. Next, from Spain, we will interview their language assistant, Yassmin, who did some volunteer work to help homeless people in Seville before Christmas. After that, our Italian reporters will present some interviews about UNICEF, expo, Caritas and about the new initiative made recently in Cremona, called "no spreco". And finally, also from Italy we will interview Guido Barilla, the president of the pasta company.

  • GOAL 3: GOOD HEALTH

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 3, to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all, at all ages. First, we will present you the result of a survey done by our Polish reporters in which 68 students took part and the different opinions that a nurse, a PE teacher and a dietitian from their high school, have about this research. Next, we will have an interview to the nurse at the French school answering some questions about youth health and how the medical consultations are like there. And finally, we will listen to an interview with a Spanish nurse in which she is going to give us her opinion about some shocking facts related to child cancer and her experience in the care of children with this illness.

  • GOAL 4: QUALITY EDUCATION

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 4 to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. First, we will talk about quality education with our Irish reporters. After that, we are going to talk about a local association that helps migrants with our French reporters. Next, we will listen to an interview with Mrs Fedeli about the advantages and disadvantages of using smartphones in the school in Italy. After that, we will have another interview with the headteacher in the Spanish school, Mr Sanchez, about the main problems in their secondary school. And finally, we will listen to an interview from Greece about the second chances that are given to adults to graduate in the Secondary School.

  • GOAL 5: GENDER EQUALITY

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal number 5 to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. First, our Irish correspondents will explain the term gender inequality. Then, our Spanish reporters will talk about female artists in an interview with the art and music teachers at Albert Einstein secondary school. Next, our Greek reporters will talk about gender inequality in the workplace. After that, we will listen to an interview about gender violence with our Spanish reporters from Brenes. And finally, from France, we will talk about a pretty sensitive topic for women. We will encourage you to fight against rape.

  • GOAL 7: AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 7: to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. First, we will move to France to learn about the electric transport in Paris. Then, our Italian reporters will interview a mayor of a village near Cremona Next, the Polish correspondents will talk about water power in their town. After that, our Spanish reporters in Brenes will talk about the problems with air conditioning and heating in their school. Then, our Greek journalists will share with us their concerns about the environmental impact of energy production. And finally, oue Irish correspondents will explain how they have reduced the amount of emission fuels in their school.

  • GOAL 10: REDUCED INEQUALITIES

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 10: to reduce inequality within and among countries. First, from France, we will talk about women discrimination listening to an interview with three women from different countries. And then, we will listen to some data about gender inequalities in work that still happen nowadays. Next, our Irish correspondents will give us some examples of bad conditions in public places related with people with disabilities. After that, our Polish reporters will talk about racism at school. Then, from Spain, we will listen to an interview with the language assistant from New Zealand at Albert Einstein secondary school talking about how she has to adapt to a new culture. Also from Spain, we will learn some data about school dropouts in Spain by our correspondents in Brenes. And finally, our Italian reporters will present three interviews to know more about women discrimination.

  • GOAL 11: SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 11: to make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. First, our Greek correspondents will tell us in a very interesting interview if Mytilene is a sustainable city. Then, from Spain, we will talk about how to make Brenes a more sustainable town. Next, our Italian correspondents will talk about the importance of urban farms in cities, followed by our French reporters who will talk about a sustainable farm in Malakoff. And finally, our Italian journalists will interview the person in charge of the Yape project in Cremona, a project to make cities more inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. And also from Italy, we will talk about urban transports.

  • GOAL 12: RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal 12: to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. First, our French correspondents will have an interview with their economics teacher about the sharing economy. Next,our Polish reporters we will talk about food waste in an interview with their biology teacher. Also from Poland we will talk about Fair Trade interviewing a worker on a coffee plantation. And finally, from Italy, we will interview the person in charge of the restaurant "Osteria Pane e Salame" in Cremona to learn about a project called “keep the rest”.

  • GOAL 13: CLIMATE ACTION

    31 MAY 2018 · On this radio show our transnational team will be talking about goal13: to take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. First, our French correspondents will talk about the Safety measures in their school in case of a natural disaster. From Greece we will talk about climate change in their island, Mytilene. After that, our Spanish reporters will talk about the green patrol taking action in their school. Then, from Poland we will tell you how to stop the harmful smog in their city. Next, our Italian reporters will talk about the UrbanWINS projects in their town, Cremona. And finally, from Ireland we will read a poem written to portray the effect that climate change is having on our planet.
