  • No one belongs here more than you

1 NOV 2022 · We constantly tell ourselves that we are not enough and that the work we do is not enough. It’s time to put those tired old excuses to bed. It’s time to realize that those excuses are just that – reasons to stop you from shining your light and being as truly magnificent as you can be.

  • No Idea(s)

  • Holding Space

15 JUL 2020 · Many are awakening to a deep dissatisfaction with the way things were. Of having little motivation, in spite of creative projects and possibilities. An almost overwhelming sense of ‘what’s the point?’. The point is that we are being invited to be the change. Humanity is changing, at a deep heart and soul level. In this episode I talk about the importance of 'holding space - for yourself, first and foremost' and how finding our purpose can come out of that space.

  • Choose to Begin

7 JUL 2020 · The poem, Breaking Surface by Mark Nepo, is a wonderful invitation to authenticity… to be bold, to rejoice in the beauty of being yourself. It’s also a great reminder about setting boundaries – particularly during the creative process. One of the things I've noticed over the years of coaching and directing, is how often we allow ourselves to be intimidated by, or perhaps unnecessarily influenced by other people's work, and more importantly other people's opinions. It's time to stand strong in our belief in ourselves, and choose to begin - whatever that work might be.

  • Lead with Light

28 JUN 2020 · What does it mean to lead with light? It means to be a voice for change through the gift of being yourself. It means to step into your full truth, your authenticity, with an open heart. And when you connect that truth and that open-heartedness you are able to see the light, not only within yourself, but in all living things. In the words of Aristotle, a Greek philosopher and polymath who lived and taught during the Classical period in Ancient Greece, " It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the Light." This quote has as much resonance for humanity right now as ever it did in 350 BC. It is in these times of difficulty – our darkest moments – that we must focus on finding – and leading with - light.

What you will discover will be wonderful: Yourself. (Alan Alda). • Exceptionally Sassy

7 JUN 2020 · Every story has a voice. Every voice has a stage. And the magic of the stage is that it can belong to anyone. Shakespeare wrote "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players…" We all have a part to play in contributing to the change we want to see in the world. In this episode I talk about the power of exceptionality - being different - and that we each have a role to play in leading a new narrative of inclusivity and exceptionality in the world.
