    26 OCT 2021 · As we enter the final week of the season there are still 2 trophies to be decided in the Championship. The Knockout cup and the Championship Grand final will be completed this week and one club competing on both fronts is Poole. We speak to Rory Schlein who despite this being his last week in the sport could yet claim 2 winners medals. We also speak to members of the 2 teams standing in the Pirate's way, Broc Nichol of Glasgow, and Sam Masters of Edinburgh. Nigel Pearson gives his review of British Speedway in 2021, and some reasons to be positive for 2022. We speak to British star Chris Bomber Harris who has been announced as a Berwick Bandit for 2022. Dan Bewley capped of a great week following up his Speedway of Nations Gold medal, with the Peter Craven Memorial title, and we get his reaction after that moment. And we hear from some of those involved in the Teesside Silver Helmet at Redcar, including winner Lewis Kerr, as well as Erik Riss and Norick Blodorn.

    12 OCT 2021 · After one of the most exciting speedway meetings in many years British Speedway's Premiership playoff final is finely poised at half time! In this weeks episode hear from some of those involved including: Scott Nicholls Steve Worrall Tom Brennan Plus Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson review the action, and look ahead to a busy weekend as the Speedway of Nations Final heads to Manchester. We also hear from BSPL director Chris Louis, with his thoughts on the 2021 season and where British Speedway might be looking to develop in 2022. And Ulrich Ostergaard looks back on a tremendous year in speedway, helping take Peterborough and Glasgow to the playoffs. Injury however preventing him from being part of the final matches, but he's already looking forward to next year.

  • Race Week 21: The Playoffs! Luke Becker, Hans Andersen, Rory Schlein, Josh Pickering and Chris Van Straaten

    5 OCT 2021 · Despite only a handful of meetings making it through the rain we’ve still had some tremendous action and a few surprises as the playoffs in both of speedway’s top 2 leagues continue..! In the premiership Peterborough and Wolves were made to wait, but it was victory for Belle Vue at Owlerton meaning it’s the home sides with the advantage ahead of Thursday, when now both second legs take place at the same time..! The thoughts of Simon Stead and Mark Lemon to come, plus Aces captain Steve Worrall.. Nigel Pearson has been talking to some of the stars of Wolves and Peterborough, we’ll hear from Rory Schlein and Luke Becker who gives a hint to his 2022 plans. And for the Panthers we’ve got the Danes Hans Andersen and Michael Palm Toft with an injury update.. The injury to Palm Toft has played a critical role in the Championship Playoff picture after Redcar desperately missed him as Edinburgh took a solid lead into the second leg of their playoff tie. We’ll get the thoughts from the Redcar promotion.. As well as the man who did the damage for the monarchs Josh Pickering. Sitting pretty and waiting for their turn as league table toppers are Poole Pirates, and Dave Rowe has been speaking to Danny King about his season on the south coast. Plus there’s some positive vibes coming from Perry Bar, and update on a potential Brimingham takeover from Laurence Rogers coming up…
