  • 21: Reframing Selfishness: Importance of Self Care

18 OCT 2018 · I grew up being told I was selfish because I am an only child but in reality I wasn't really. I was honoring my needs and caring for myself. As a child I was not aware of the need of self care but as I get older and pressured my passions, and set after my goals and dreams I realized that I was actually honoring myself and that made others very uncomfortable. So lets refrain selfishness, its not a bad thing at all and in all honesty we need to take time out for ourselves. If we do not take the time each day, week, month to honor our own needs then creativity sniffles, we get worn out, and we can not truly serve others to the best of our abilities. Tune in as I explain the importance of self care and why we all need to take some time to honor our own needs. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Don't forget to subscribe to my podcast on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play, or Soundcloud. • 20: Manifest your Dreams into Reality

11 OCT 2018 · The past two years has been a spiritual journey for me. I caught out an energy healing session with my Energy Healer, Megan (check out the interview I had with her on Episode 5) and came out of the session renewed with my faith in all things spiritual. She opened up my eyes to how well I am at manifesting my goals into reality. Going into the session I remember wanting some new crystals for my birthday. After the session she handed me 3 crystals to take home, the exact ones I wanted which was a bit freaky. I then looked at my messages and the two people I was thinking about calling to tell them about my experience had tested me. Coincidence? I don't think so because later that week I wanted to earn $1000 and in 3 days I reached $985 and won two prizes over $50 each. That had me convinced. I am good at manifesting, big or small. Tune into this episode to learn how you can manifest the things you want in life into reality. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Don't forget to subscribe to my podcast on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play, or Soundcloud. • 19: Shaman and Intuitive Chef-Heather Puzan

4 OCT 2018 · Heather is a soul sister of mine, and we only meet a few times before this show. She is a Shaman, Latina, Fitness Competitor, and a Chef. She infuses her shamanic work into her meal prep business called Healthy Plate. She became a personal trainer and nutriton counselor because she loves helping people. As she began to expand her spiritual practice and had a closer connection with spirit she learned tarot which quickly led to Reiki attunements further leading to Pranic healing courses. Her meal prep business, Healthy Plate, started when she was posting her meals on facebook. Her friends commented that they would buy them from her if she started to sell them. A year later she started Healthy Plate and prepared and cooked all of the meals just as she would for her family. Her motto is "If I don't like it - it doesn't go on the menu." The added benefit of meals prepared by a shaman is that the food is blessed and infused with Divine Energy giving it an added healing benefit to the "consumers". It is important for us to take care of the body, mind, and soul equally. It is important for Heather to bring love, healing and balance to as many as she can. Heather and I could talk for hours so we decided to keep this interview shorter. If you love this topic and want to learn more reach out to me at info@firtnesswellnesslife.com with all of your questions and I will bring Heather back on the show. • 16: Why do we feel the need to label people?

13 SEP 2018 · We have grown accustom to label things and people as a way for others to get a good picture of what we are talking about. We all know what a table and a chair looks like or a sofa and a tv. These are just words really but when we use them to describe people or who we are we tend to get caught up in the label and not the true essence of the individual. This episode I discuss society labels and a challenge you to describe what you do without using any labels. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Don't forget to subscribe to my podcast on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play, or Soundcloud.
