    15 APR 2022 · Moving into post-pandemic operations is still creating a wave of stress and anxiety in our homes and community. It's important for workplace teams to recognize how stress manifests itself and adopt strategies and practices that can help them navigate stress in the healthiest way possible. Emotional Intelligence is a skill that one can actually improve upon through active practice. A good leader exemplifies strong emotional intelligence through openness and actively engaging employees, and even has an ethical responsibility to make sure they are utilizing positive communication.
