Trystan is the Executive Lead, Primary and Specialist Academies, at the Venturers Trust where he oversees six Primary Schools and a Special School, which has two sites. Trystan has chaired national conferences and led on many ground-breaking initiatives such as “The Extreme Classroom” and been the subject of numerous documentaries filmed and aired by the BBC, both nationally and globally. He has also achieved recognition at government level as a National Leader of Education, for his commitment to the highest standards of care and education for vulnerable young people. In the summer of 2018 Neil came out of a tube station, picked up a newspaper and read that Rosie was recovering from a huge brain tumour - so got back in touch. It's fair to say that in the last few years Rosie has been through some pretty tough times and in this podcast talks about her treatment and utter relief when the tumour was successfully removed. On a lighter note she also tells Neil about her love of marathon running and her passion for both the City and people of Hull. After 22 years in the military Sergeant Taylor retired in 2005.     19 JUN 2020 · In this episode Extreme Leader Alan Chambers talks to former England rugby captain Lewis Moody who was part of the 2003 World Cup winning side. In this wide ranging discussion he talks about his playing days, the challenges since leaving the rugby pitch and his approach to leadership.  With 71 caps for his country Moody has a host of accolades to his name including two Six Nations titles, seven Premiership triumphs and two Heineken Cup wins; the former England Captain is a true world rugby legend. Moody was known for the enthusiasm with which he played the game, his willingness to chase down opponents and his ability to compete for possession at restarts, earning him the nickname "Mad Dog" from teammates and supporters In May 2014, Lewis and his wife Annie set up The Lewis Moody Foundation, inspired by rugby fan Joss Rowley Stark, to fund ground breaking research to improve the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumours and gives families a day out of the ordinary to lift spirits and create special memories.
