26 MAR 2018 · Hi everyone! My name is Bill Hamlin and I will be your instructor for CSE 624 this term. A little background about me - I completed my BS in Education and MS in Education Information Technology here at WOU. I have taught undergrad and graduate ED tech courses at WOU for around 8 years now, and have taught this particular course a handful of times. I also work at Chemeketa Community College as an instructional designer and provide academic technology support for faculty there. I live in Silverton with my wife and two kiddos, where we spend much of our free time gardening, camping, and traveling. The one downside of living in Silverton is the excruciatingly slow Internet out in the country. It shouldn’t impact our class too much, but every now and then there may be a slight delay in uploading a video or something like that, so bear with me. I’m really looking forward to working with all of you, and I can’t wait to see where you go with our assignments and activities. I hope you all enjoy this course as much as I enjoy teaching it!
