  • The reason why marriage should be 50-50.

31 DEC 2023 · In this episode, I did this this podcast on my YouTube and Facebook channel. Side decided to post it here. But I’m gonna be discussing why marriage should be 50-50. And I’m very sure it’s gonna be a lot of people that’s going to disagree. But let me first say that I am a certified recovery life coach that is certified to talk about these particular topics. Plus, I can bring receipts showing that one person taking control over everything does not work. This thing about men just being providers and protectors is a bunch of nonsense and BS. The truth about marriage that a lot of people are not even taking into consideration. And that he’s a paper that you get does not represent marriage in the way that you might think. Which is why a lot of men don’t want to be married when it comes to signing that piece of paper. So I’m going to break this 50-50 Marriage down thoroughly. • Episode 7 - Do You Really Respect Yourself?

27 SEP 2023 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing do you really love yourself or not. The reason why this is important is because in order for you to recover from any type of negative situations, trauma, illnesses, diseases, depression, anxiety, or people in your life who have wronged you You’re going to have to learn how to respect yourself. Because if you don’t respect yourself, you cannot protect yourself. We have spent many years being tied to put other people before ourselves. And making sure that everybody else is happy. But the problem is, we are the ones that are in the losing in the end, because the people who you were helping, loving, and being in these relationships with, or doing nothing, but using, taking advantage of, lying, cheating, taking advantage of, and manipulating you just to name a few. So recovery is all about respecting your true self, and not what everybody else wants you to be. You not being society standards of anything. You are just being who you truly are.

People who are trying to continue to do the same thing based upon the old way they used to do it, and still get the same result. Versus other people who every day continue to grow, evolve, elevate, and mature through learning new things every day to make them a better person. These are people that are constantly trying new things, and discover new things about them selves that make them a better person. These are people that are every day trying to heal, let go of the past experiences, situations, and people that have kept them from being the best version of themselves. Episode 5 - How black people will villainize the victim, and protect the abuser?

8 SEP 2023 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing her on the black community will protect the abuser, and victimize the victim in a situation, or a crime. It’s sad how people will make excuses for the person or people that are victimizing, bullying, protecting, threatening, and abusing a person that is a victim of a crime, because they like that person. And yet they will protect the person that is the abuser, or has committed a crime against another person. Two examples of this is a woman who got hit with a break by a man because she did not want to give out her phone number. And the second situation was the Brother Polight situation where he pled guilty to sexually assaulting a minor. And will be going to jail for seven years and 10 years of probation once he’s released. And the sad part about the situation is the black community is condoning both of these women, as far as the woman that was hit with a brick, and the mother of the situation with her child, was sexually assaulted by her boyfriend. So, instead of condemning, these two men, people are making excuses for these two men. It is truly sad where the black community is going right now. same thing when it comes to Andrew Tate, and Fresh and Fit, and how people are protecting them after what they have done to other women in content creators. I just want to do it if it is, she don’t want to go or that he don’t want to pay her and then he, I said you were going to have me sit in the car while you go and do what you need to do and then I’m gonna keep a dog from another guy for taking a week with it I don’t mind keeping him occasionally if you got stuff to do but keeping him every time you go out of town and Eileen doing it today because my whole thing is for me if I have done appointments next week, you know I’m not gonna leave Derby by himself so he may have to now in Kim to watch him next week. No I can get what I need to be done because it tells you why based on your secondary diagnosis, find me a secondary.

24 AUG 2023 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing my thoughts on Keke Palmer and her boyfriend breaking up over what she had on at a usher concert. I’m going to look at this from a life coaching perspective. Why I am not going to side with her on this situation? Why I believe she’s going to regret this decision later? what a lot of women need to understand about the way they represent themselves concerning the way they dressed? And how the way you dress will determine how people are going to treat you when it comes to men?

Episode 3 - Part Two of why black women need to get away from the ghetto, ratchet, stripper, and city girl culture?

18 AUG 2023 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing why black women need to stop as city, girl, stripper, and ghetto and ratchet culture when it comes to how we represent ourselves on and off social media. How black women need to become more like African queens than harlots and succubus. I don’t know why black women are so afraid to be classy, sophisticated, elegant, grown, and mature, when it comes to the type of women that we represent. I don’t know why women want to show off everything to get tensions of a man that eventually he’s gonna end up, moving on with a whole Other woman. Luxe may be able to get a man, but it doesn’t mean he’s going to be able to keep a man. And where exactly has this culture got us to as far as women except being sexually assaulted, domestic violence, abused, cheated on, manipulated, lied to, bamboozled, led astray, and more. We always talk about how men are kings, but we don’t consider ourselves queens. And what exactly is a queen?

This Podcast is all about uplifting and encouraging black women as far as letting them know that they are enough. That black women are beautiful regardless of flaws, imperfections and mistakes that we made in our lives. But unfortunately there are a lot of black men and pick me chicks that are out here saying that black women that are independent, single mother's, average, and unattractive women are not good enough to be with high value black men. Well in this Podcast I'm going to pretty much disagree with everything that they're saying. There's nothing wrong with being an independent, dominant, sophisticated, self sufficient, classy, grown, elegant, stylish, and mature woman. And there's nothing wrong with being a single mother, average, or unattractive woman. Nor is there anything wrong with being celebate, practicing abstinence, or being a virgin. This Podcast is all about contradicting all of the pick me chicks and the men in the Manosphree on social media telling black women that they are not enough or worthy of a high valued man. And its okay that these men do not want you. Why women should never give up their masculinity or submit to men that are not worth them? Because with or without a man, you will be just fine on your own. And there is nothing wrong with being alone and building your own business and brand. And you've been in the Queen of your own castle. And if you were emailing me your stories that you would like for me to talk about, or any questions that you have that you want answers to when it comes to things that you are experiencing, please email me at Asha.Mariama01@gmail.com. you can also email me there when it comes to wanting one on one coaching as well.
