21 MAR 2021 · Guys this week I learned I don’t participate in self care... I gave myself a day to ignore my to-do list and I don’t know how to act. I think I need more time to explore this concept and we all need to practice it more. This is just the tip of the iceberg so let’s plan to revisit this on another episode once we give ourselves the break we deserve!

15 MAR 2021 · Ok guys so in this episode we are talking about New Chapters! It’s been quite the journey leading up to this milestone we call the 30’s and I’ve learned quite a lot about friendships good and bad as well as how it feels when your career path doesn’t lead you where you might think. In the end it’s about what you learn and how you move forward from this point on. It’s a new day and we are leaving everything that doesn’t bring us joy in the past. Start that new hobby make some new friends hell open your small business there is nothing keeping together from beginning your new chapter all you have to do is turn the page!
