A creature of habit, he would routinely buy two rotisserie chickens and a gallon of POM pomegranate juice to kick off the week. He sometimes chatted up Sherry, the cashier, if there wasn’t anyone in line behind him. ‘Bill’ - as his neighbors would call him - was beloved by all. He gave quarters to every kid hovering around the town’s many bubblegum dispensers, and ‘Bill’ always used his turn signal. But today was his last grocery run because Bill had unannounced guests. A team of FBI agents stood waiting for him in the driveway with their guns drawn, sending Bill into a quiet panic.
