Masks are worn to sometimes create security to protect ourselves from getting hurt; emotionally and physically, and even when it comes to life or death. 22 FEB 2023 · “LEVEL UP Dating!” Dating is hard. Relationships deal with more challenges, and the "life baggage" that's brought into a relationship is bigger than before. Furthermore, you are no longer dating just the one you are dating. Now you're dating their “EX-periences”, their friends, the baby momma or daddy, their family, or even at times everyone on social media when your relationship is put on the social mainstream scene. Finding that someone to not only give your heart to, but one you can trust, grow with and build a life and future with, isn't easy. You must "LEVEL UP!" 8 FEB 2023 · “ALL IN THE FAMILY!” I dedicate this Podcast to my “Life Tree Family." We are created and taught that when it comes to our identity, our self-worth or even that feeling of belonging or true acceptance, the first place we can find this is "IN" and with our “FAMILY.” Family is where we should be able to find True Unconditional Love, security, a feeling of peace or a safe "haven." A place that no matter what you go through or where you are in your life, you know that you are not alone, you are supported, strengthened and even protected. A place built on trust and that no matter what, the reassured feeling that "FAMILY" will always be there, and where you can always turn to no matter what, is a reality. But for many that reality and image of "IN THE FAMILY" has been broken, tainted, or maybe even lost. That ability to feel that everything you need can be found "IN THE FAMILY" and that feeling of "WE ARE IN IT TOGETHER" because we are "FAMILY" doesn’t exist. For many of us, this is where the struggle to believe in ourselves, to know our self-worth and our identity, and that we are loved and not alone is formed. With more broken homes than ever before, an all-time high of single parenting, and the many unimaginable acts that are now seen “IN THE FAMILY” more than ever before …this is no longer the minority view of family. This has now become the vision of "ALL IN THE FAMILY.” Let's talk. "TA"

5 DEC 2022 · "THE STEF-FORD WIFE" **LISTENER DISCRETION ADVISED** I loved my new husband with all my heart, but the first thing I knew within months into my marriage was that I was constantly challenged at being what everyone told me being a "wife" was to be. The image that has been painted by society and even those that I trusted, I failed all the time. I didn't fit, I didn't sound like one, and I sure didn't act like one. I struggled greatly with the picture of how relationships were suppose to be and how wives were suppose to be. I was not made to be a "STEPFORD WIFE".
