19 FEB 2020 · Many times we don't know the value of the Word of God. We treat it with so much negligence as we battle through life everyday wearing ourselves out in the mess we daily find ourselves. I've heard people even say God doesn't love them and cares about their situations because He is silent. But is God really silent? Hasn't He spoken already? Yes, He has. The trouble is that we haven't paid enough attention and given in to the Word as we should. The Word is very healthy to us and effective in our situations, if only we see it the way it is. By yielding to live by the Word and maintain its statutes as the standard of our lives, we can be sure to have it reproduce its effect in our lives and circumstances. In this scripture reading taken from Psalms 19:7-14, I read to you how the writer of that passage shows us the benefits of the Word of God when we keep it and live in it.
