David grew up with a condition known as Hydrocephalus. A condition in which there is some buildup of fluid in the brain which can lead to increased pressure on the brain, leading to brain damage. In this episode we’ll be diving into David’s early life and struggles with confidence, and even basic activity, and how he has managed to beat all odds as he now participates in CrossFit and advanced gymnastic movements, two things doctors told him he would never be able to do. In a tragic accident, Kevin was paralyzed while performing a snatch by a ricochet barbell. Since then, Kevin has helped create Crossfit’s Specialty course; Adaptive Training.
