27 MAR 2024 · Comedian, writer, extras extraordinaire and the ‘Don Draper of catfood’ Sam Williams is providing the worst time anecdotes this week with Chris for episode 51 of the podcast!  Sam runs through the gig in Devil’s Dyke which almost ended in cannibalism, the earphones disaster on a recent a train journey and a frankly incredible Rod Stewart related room service fiasco. Plus, what exactly did Sam do in My Parents Are Aliens? 20 MAR 2024 · An absolute legend on the show this week to celebrate reaching half a century – Mr. Norman Cook AKA Fatboy Slim!  Norm goes through some truly insane stories from his career, including the time he was held up at gunpoint in the Bahamas, DJing Brighton Beach in the pouring rain, getting stuck in traffic jams, dealing with unwanted guests in the dressing room and the stalker that took things just a little bit too far.  Plus the pair cover boozing as a DJ, books being written without consent, David Guetta’s skills whilst DJing with one deck, working in cafes during lockdowns, people sunbathing nude outside your front garden and Paul Heaton’s ability to come up with great nicknames. 13 MAR 2024 · The excellent comedian, writer and TikTok icon Amy Mason joins Chris to go through some of her chaotic worst times from over the years!  Self-proclaimed disaster (quoted from a 2013 BBC News article) Amy Mason goes through a holiday in Tunisia which didn’t quite go to plan, the takeaway that resulted in the sweats plus an arrest, an atrocious house sharing situation and a story from a first day at a new job she had which just gets funnier and funnier and funnier.  Amy is taking her debut show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year! 6 MAR 2024 · Dani Rascal from the punk/ska band Faintest Idea chats to Chris this week, bringing with him a whole heap of unbelievable tales from on the road! There’s the time that he had to smuggle two of his band mates across various European borders, the time he had a run in with the German police and the time an encounter with some Russian nazis left him temporarily blind! Plus – suspected kidnappings, scary men with venetian masks, pepper spray, vegan pizza and trips to theme parks. There’s something for everyone on this episode! 28 FEB 2024 · A fantastically fun episode recorded on the gorgeous site of Splore Festival in New Zealand with musician, singer, dancer and artist Mr Bruce! Previously of the Correspondents, Mr Bruce shares his worst times with Chris, alongside a podcast audience of one - comedian, actor & Mr Bruce superfan Jayde Adams! Mr Bruce has stories about a Peaky Blinders themed festival, being nude in the back of a taxi on the Isle of Wight and getting many speeding tickets on the way back from Glastonbury Festival as well as the incident Mr Bruce went through whilst crowd surfing at a big Mumford & Sons show which was both uncomfortable and arousing. Plus, how much of a role did Chris play in connecting Mr Bruce with his producer Angus? Also, how he’s dealt with life after Chucks following his sad passing in 2020 and both Jayde & Chris share their tales of how The Correspondents blew them away in the early days.
