The USC Trojans scored a major upset win over No. 2 Stanford 55-46 on Sunday. Destiny Littleton led the squad in scoring with 18 points to go along with 4 rebounds and 6 assists. Okako Adika added double-double (11 points, 11 rebounds), and Taylor Bigby and Kayla Williams notched 9 points each. Stanford was paced by junior star Cameron Brink who notched 11 points and 14 rebounds for the game. Telana Leopolo was just outside double-figures with 9 points, and Haley Jones added 8. Our team of the week is Duke, currently ranked 13th in the nation. Coach Kara Lawson has led her team out to a 16-1 start this season, including a 6-0 mark in ACC play. Texas transfer Celeste Taylor is pacing the Blue Devils, averaging 12.9 points per game on the year.
