4 NOV 2020 · Habits! Habit are great dictator of our character, behavioural patterns and eventually our destiny! And they are premised on paradigms and principles. As human, we were scripted or hardwired from young either through nature or nuture, and that has a very profound effect on our mindset towards our environment and other person we meet or will eventually connect with. Hence our habits are off-shoot of these scripts. We however, need to script new and effective habits, unscript the toxic ones and re-script the great ones. These process will take time and yes it wont be easy, but it will worth the task.
